1. Service Overview
Dumpee Dumpsters LLC provides roll-off dumpster rental, delivery, pickup, and related waste-handling services.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate placement instructions- Ensure safe and accessible delivery/pickup locations
- Obtain necessary permits
- Load safely below the top rail
- Follow debris restrictions and weight limits
- Keep container unobstructed at pickup
3. Payment & Fees
Customer agrees to base pricing, tonnage, overage fees, extra days, distance or trip fees, taxes, and fuel surcharges. Additional fees are charged automatically.4. Prohibited Use
No hazardous waste, liquids, flammables, overloading, moving containers, or burning inside dumpsters.5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
- 100% refund if cancelled 24+ hours before delivery- 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours
- No refund once truck is en route or dumpster delivered
2. Rescheduling
Free if 12+ hours before delivery; otherwise trip fee may apply.3. Early Pickup
No refunds for unused rental days.4. Overages & Additional Fees
Non-refundable charges include overages, extra days, contamination, trip fees, relocations, and restricted item surcharges.5. Weather Delays

Prohibited Items & Fee Schedule

Prohibited Items:
- Paint, solvents, oils, chemicals- Gasoline, propane tanks
- Tires (unless pre-approved)
- Batteries
- Refrigerators/AC with freon
- Medical waste
- Asbestos
- Liquids
- Dirt, concrete, rocks (unless clean-material dumpster)
- Hazardous or toxic materials
- Hot ash or burned debris
Fee Schedule:
- Overage per ton: $65- Extra day: $20
- Dry-run/failed pickup: $125
- Relocation: $75–$150
- Tire surcharge: $15
- Mattress surcharge: $25
- Freon appliance: $40
- Contamination: $150–$350
- Overflow loading: $50–$150
